The 22nd Westchase District Corporate Challenge will take place this year on March 29, and SignatureCare Emergency Center is a corporate sponsor. We will also participate in the event aimed at raising money for charity.

The Westchase District Corporate Challenge is a “field day” event that began in 1997 as a way to bring local Westchase District businesses together for a day of fun, networking and corporate team building.

“It’s a thrill to see how this event has grown over the years,” said Dave Gilkeson, Westchase District’s chief operating officer. “In our first year, the event featured a handful of teams, we presented the awards at the end of the day and raised just over a thousand dollars for charity. More recently, the event sells out at 60 teams. We present the awards at a hosted award lunch.”

This year’s six-person SignatureCare team, led by Dr. Ofer Faig, SignatureCare Emergency Center Westchase Facility Medical Director, have been training very hard to represent the company in activities like soccer kick, pickleball and briefcase relay.

The funds raised from the challenge will benefit Houston Westchase area charities.

SignatureCare Emergency Center will also have a booth during the event. Stop by the booth and enjoy snacks, fruit, and beverages.

The event will take place at the Quillian Recreation Center.
