> SignatureCare Emergency Center operates freestanding 24-hour emergency rooms across Texas. The company was founded in 2013 by three board-certified emergency medicine physicians. All emergency room locations are staffed exclusively by board-certified ER physicians and open 365 days, with typical wait times of 10 minutes or less. All facilities have received numerous awards, accreditations, and national certifications, including The Joint Commission Gold Seal of Approval and CIHQ accreditation.
