1) Focus On What You Can Control

It’s important to not get caught up on the things in life that you cannot control. People are often conditioned to see the reasons why they shouldn’t do something, instead of the reasons why they should. Learn to say, “Yes!” to new opportunities. Don’t hold yourself back from a new experience simply because you’re afraid. Fear is a fantastic tool in certain circumstances, but when planning out your life, err towards new, exciting and positive situations. Change can be hard, but don’t let fear hold you back from doing the things you really need to do in life. 5) Move Towards Your True Happiness

If you hate your job, tell yourself that you will have a new, fantastic job that you love and keep your mind and heart open to new circumstances. Make a commitment to yourself to move towards your true happiness and to be open to new, positive experiences–even if they frighten you.
