This is a freestanding emergency medical care facility. When a patient receives an emergency evaluation at this facility, there is an associated facility fee and a physician fee charged for the medical care provided to the patient in addition to any testing and other services provided. Cost of COVID-19 tests are – 87635 (COVID Antibody, NAA) $175.00; 86769 (COVID PCR Antibody) $175.00; 87426 (COVID Antigen) $175.00; 87428 (SARS plus FLU A and B) $300.00 and 87633 (Respiratory Viral Panel) $834.00
How SignatureCare Emergency Center Protects You from COVID-19
During this COVID-19 pandemic, SignatureCare Emergency Center takes extra steps to keep the community safe when they visit our ER. Everyone including our staff, patients, and their family members wears masks while in the facility. We also enforce hand hygiene for everyone. All our facilities are equipped with HEPA air filtration, every room and furniture is sanitized before patients enter the rooms, all linens are changed for every new patient, and we have a negative pressure isolation room available should one be needed. At SignatureCare Emergency Center, we go beyond the minimum standard required for the safety of our patients and staff. We do COVID-19 antigen and molecular (PCR) evaluation.

SignatureCare Emergency Center ERs are not COVID-19 testing centers. Visit Katy Freeway, Houston Urgent Care or Memorial Drive location for COVID testing. You can also dial 2-1-1 on your phone and select Option 6, or visit texas.gov/covid19 for more COVID-19 testing locations. Although SignatureCare ERs can provide evaluation for COVID-19, we do not test for job clearance, travel clearance, day-care clearance, or “re-test” to see if you are negative now after testing positive earlier.
