1. Eligibility

The TikTok contest is open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. The contest is specifically intended for bariatric surgery patients or those with a medical need to drink a significant amount of water. Participants must be legal residents of the state of Texas, United States.

2. Entry Requirements

To be eligible to win, participants must follow our TikTok page. Participants must like and share the designated TikTok video related to the contest. For an additional entry, participants may duet the designated TikTok video. Multiple entries per participant are allowed, as long as the entry requirements are fulfilled.

3. Entry Period

The TikTok contest entry period will begin on May 26, 2023 at 10:01 CST and end on June 16, 2023 at 5:59 CST. Entries received before or after the specified entry period will not be considered.

4. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected randomly through a lottery system among all eligible entries received during the entry period. The winner will be contacted through TikTok direct message (DM) within 3 days after the contest ends. The winner must respond to the winner notification within 3 days to claim the prize. Failure to respond within the specified timeframe will result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.

5. Prize

The prize for the contest is a collection of items to flavor your water, including syrups, powders, and liquids. The prize also includes an expensive reusable water bottle and a metal straw kit. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives. The actual prize may vary slightly from the description provided.

6. Verification of Eligibility

The winner may be required to provide proof of age, residency in Texas, and any additional information deemed necessary to verify eligibility. In the event that the winner is found to be ineligible or fails to comply with the contest rules, a new winner will be randomly selected.

7. Publicity

By participating in the contest, participants agree to allow the contest organizers to use their TikTok username, likeness, and entry content for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation.

8. Privacy

Any personal information collected during the contest will be used solely for the purpose of administering the contest and will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.

Contest organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant who violates the contest rules or engages in fraudulent or inappropriate behavior. Contest organizers’ decisions regarding eligibility, winner selection, and disqualification are final and binding.

12. Governing Law

The contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas, United States.
